Make your event calendar work for you
Service delivery? Security? Growth? All three? No matter what your priorities are for 2026, attending the right events is one of the fastest ways to check your roadmap. In just a few days, you can find out what’s working for other teams and discover vendors that can help you achieve better outcomes. To that end, we’ve put together an MSP conference calendar for 2026 to help you plan your year.
You’ll see we’ve ordered it chronologically, (except for Okta’s event, which we trust you’ll understand), but we’ve also made it a much longer list than last year because it’s not just the big events that have something to offer.
Oktane 2026
September 22–24, 2026 | Las Vegas, NV
Oktane 2026 is still in the “more to come” stage, so we’ll keep this updated as details drop. That said, we think it’s a safe bet Oktane will spend time on where identity and AI security are heading—and what that means for how we manage access going forward. You can also expect updates across Okta and Auth0, along with new announcements tied to securing AI-driven environments. Sessions tend to range from hands-on expert talks to higher-level strategy. This is one event the ZeroTek team always makes time for because our partnership and platform integration with Okta means we get to see a lot of the talented people we get to collaborate with year-round!
Right of Boom 2026
February 3–6, 2026 | MGM Grand | Las Vegas, NV
Cybersecurity event for MSPs/MSSPs focused on breach response, forensic readiness, and compliance frameworks such as NIST and ISO, including live incident simulations and tabletop exercises. (We published this article after the event was over, but it’s worth mentioning anyway as they have some useful highlights, linked below!)
Why attend
- You want a clearer, more operational plan for handling the security work you’re already being asked to do (and being held responsible for).
- You’re tightening your incident readiness and want repeatable runbooks you can apply across SMB clients.
MSP Expo 2026
February 10–12, 2026 | Broward County Convention Center | Fort Lauderdale, FL
Focuses on modern MSP business challenges, with 2026 programming and workshops focusing on operational efficiency, cybersecurity, AI automation, compliance, recurring revenue models, plus demos, showcases, and M&A sessions. Live cybersecurity demos and product showcases.
Why attend
- You’re working on operational maturity (efficiency, standardization, margin) and want a broad set of ideas and vendor options.
- You’re tracking consolidation and want a realistic view of M&A trends and partner programs.
ASCII Edge
February 25–26 – Costa Mesa, CA | March 25–26 – Dallas, TX | April 22–23 – Newark, NJ | May 27–28 – Seattle, WA | July 22–23 – Washington, D.C. | August 26–27 – Toronto, ON | September 23–24 – Chicago, IL | October 21–22 – San Antonio, TX
ASCII Edge is a two-day, multi-city MSP conference series built around “real MSPs talking real business,” with a heavy emphasis on peer-driven guidance plus direct access to vendors in a smaller, more focused setting than the big expos. For 2026, the theme leans strongly into AI’s impact on MSP operations and growth, including research-based keynote content and practical sessions on things like AI adoption, packaging/pricing, risk, and growth strategies.
Why attend
- Good ROI without a week-long trip: it’s a multi-city series with limited seats, designed to combine peer connections with direct vendor access in a tighter setting than the mega expos.
- Their featured keynote is built around ASCII + GTIA research on AI readiness in the channel—useful if you’re trying to separate AI signal from noise and figure out what to operationalize.
- Great for owners/service managers who need real-world perspective on pricing/packaging without a huge “conference week” commitment.
XChange 2026
March 1–3, 2026 | Orlando, FL
XChange March 2026 is a relationship-heavy channel event built for solution providers and suppliers to set agendas and build partnerships, with content focused on delivering in a “new digital world” while dealing with real constraints like tight labor markets and supply chain pressure—and how XaaS/consumption models fit into that shift.
Why attend
- You’re actively building partnerships (suppliers, distribution, referral relationships) and will benefit from 1:1 time with suppliers and channel peers.
- You want to benchmark where the broader channel is moving (and where MSPs fit) especially in regards to XaaS and are looking for practical guidance.
Zero Trust World 2026
March 4–6, 2026 | Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, FL
Hands-on security training event built around Zero Trust / default-deny, with hacking labs, certification options, and practitioner-focused sessions aimed at hardening real-world environments.
Why attend
- You need stronger security architecture thinking that translates into enforceable standards across multiple SMB clients.
- Good fit for security leads and technical admins who want hands-on training, not just talks.
MSP Summit 2026 (Spring)
April 13–14, 2026 | The Venetian | Las Vegas, NV
Co-located with Channel Partners (see below); positioned as a premier managed services gathering with sessions on scaling operations, leadership, and the future of automation and AI in IT support.
Why attend
- You want an MSP-specific agenda but also want the “big channel” exposure next door.
- Useful for leadership teams working on operational scale and service strategy.
Channel Partners Conference & Expo 2026
April 13–16, 2026 | The Venetian | Las Vegas, NV
Large channel ecosystem event covering AI adoption, cybersecurity, managed cloud, and connectivity; positioned as a key venue for partnerships and channel direction-setting. Heavy vendor presence (useful for shortlisting, noisy for unfocused browsing).
Why attend
- You’re building partnerships, sourcing new vendor programs, or exploring adjacent revenue lines (connectivity, cloud, security).
- Best for owners/business development leaders who want relationship density and market signal.
Kaseya Connect 2026
April 27–30, 2026 | MGM Grand, Las Vegas, NV
Kaseya Connect is a platform ecosystem event. If your stack leans heavily into Kaseya/Datto tooling, it can be worth it for roadmap, training, and exec access.
Networking-heavy format with one-on-ones, access to 30+ products, 10+ hours of networking/social events, and a large vendor set (100+) focused on business growth.
Why attend
- Training/certification or hands-on sessions your Admins can apply immediately
- Roadmap clarity for planning standardization and consolidation
- Peer forums to compare implementation approaches
- Compare adjacent vendors in one place (but go in with a shortlist).
MSP Geek Con 2026
May 17–19, 2026 | Orlando, FL
Peer-led MSP community conference focused on honest, technical discussions: automation, service desk optimization, documentation, and culture inside service teams.
Why attend
- You want implementation-level detail from people doing the work (less vendor marketing, more “how we run it”).
- Strong for service delivery leaders and technical admins responsible for reducing ticket volume and improving consistency.
- Community-built content and peer learning.
Pax8 Beyond 2026
June 7–9, 2026 | Salt Lake City, Utah
Cloud-first MSP innovation summit focused on the evolving cloud marketplace, AI integration, and modern vendor ecosystems, attracting 1,500+ attendees.
Why attend

- Good for leadership and service owners deciding which offers to productize next.
MSP Flow
June 23-25, 2026 | Renaissance Nashville Hotel, Nashville, TN

Why attend
- You need to reduce repetitive work and standardize delivery without adding headcount.
- Best for your automation owner and senior admins who can translate sessions into real-world workflows.
Build IT Live 2026
August 3–5, 2026 | Jersey City, NJ
MSP leadership and business workshops covering service delivery frameworks, HR management, sales processes, and leadership development tailored to MSPs. Focused on management and execution. Peer conversations about scaling without burning out your team.
Why attend
- You’re working on leadership and operational maturity (team structure, delivery consistency, scalable processes).
- Useful when the bottleneck is management systems and accountability, not tools.
CanITCon 2026
September 9–11, 2026 | Calgary, AB
Canadian MSP-focused conference designed around community networking, learning, and growth for MSP operators.
Why attend
- You want MSP-only community connections in Canada (peer benchmarking, partnerships, hiring connections).
- Strong fit for owners and service delivery leaders who want regional context.
MSP Summit 2026 (Fall)
September 28–30, 2026 | Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Universal Orlando, FL
Similar to their spring event listed above, the fall MSP Summit is one of the bigger “business + vendors + networking” events. More strategic, leadership-driven edition featuring the MSP 501 Awards, with sessions on growth frameworks, operational maturity models, and sales enablement for recurring revenue businesses
Why attend
- You’re focused on leadership strategy: growth planning, maturity benchmarking, and sales enablement.
- Good for owners/GM/service executives who want peer context and industry benchmarks.
7 Figure MSP Live
October 20–22, 2026 | Charlotte, NC
A “systems, scripts, and pricing frameworks” event designed to be execution-focused, promising “no theory, no fluff”.
Why attend
MSP Global 2026
October 21–22, 2026 | Barcelona, Spain
Global MSP gathering focused on international markets and future trends across AI, cybersecurity, sustainability, and digital transformation.
Why attend
- You’re exploring international partnerships or want a broader market lens than North America.
- Useful for leadership teams tracking macro trends (AI, security, transformation) that will affect SMB buyers and MSP offers.
IT Nation Connect Global 2026
November 4–6, 2026 | Orlando, FL
IT Nation Connect (NA) is ConnectWise’s flagship MSP community conference, built around role-based content across five tracks: Cybersecurity and AI, Sales and Marketing, Service Delivery and Operations, Management and Leadership, and Strategy, Growth, and M&A. (Here’s where we have to say: ZeroTek supports billing automation for Okta licenses through our integration with ConnectWise PSA.)
Why attend
- You want a cross-functional MSP event where leadership, service delivery, and technical admins can each get relevant content.
- High value if you treat it as an alignment event: pick a few operational changes and commit to executing them.
- Lots of peer networking—good for validating priorities and finding partners.
IT Nation Connect Global 2026
November 12–13, 2026 | Austin, TX
Relaxed but content-rich event balancing technical deep dives with community-driven sessions and open dialogue—useful for teams who want practical IT content and community without the “corporate keynote” feel.
Why attend
- You want practical technical content and peer conversations on automation, tooling, and operations.
- Good for technical admins and service managers who will want to apply what they learn.
- A pace that makes it easier to network without scheduling every minute.
Maximizing your conference ROI
- Before: Pick 1–2 outcomes, send the right roles, pre-book key meetings.
- During: Ask “what breaks at scale?” and divide coverage (vendors, technical sessions, peers).
- After: Follow up in 72 hours, convert notes into a 30/60/90 plan, and cut one initiative to avoid overload.
Planning your 2026 conference strategy
Travel less, implement more: use conferences to reduce uncertainty and bring back changes you’ll deploy across clients—especially around repeatable identity and access controls.
