Four Phases

From new partner to independent practice

Every engagement follows the same path: we get your team operational, co-deliver your first clients, and step back. Most partners are deploying independently within a few weeks.

Phase 1 | Onboarding and internal deployment

We stand up your ZeroTek instance and internal Okta org before your kickoff. The kickoff itself is 60 minutes: goal alignment, platform walkthrough, RBAC configuration, and ZeroConfig orientation.

Then we complete your internal deployment together, federating your email, integrating directories, and configuring real SSO apps and lifecycle management.

You finish with your own infrastructure secured and a full end-to-end Okta deployment under your belt before you ever touch a client.

Phase 2 | First client deployments

Our Okta-certified engineers co-deliver your first two client deployments.

We scope the environment together upfront, then your tech executes while we guide: directory consolidation, M365 federation, app integrations, lifecycle management, and policies.

Every session is recorded so you can train the rest of your staff. You walk away with live client environments and a rollout process your team trusts.

Phase 3 | Independent deployment

After two successful deployments, most MSPs have the confidence and process to deploy at scale on their own. ZeroTek's platform handles the operational overhead. Your team owns a repeatable process.

Every engagement starts with free scoping and a statement of work, so you know what you’re getting and what it’ll cost before any work begins.

➡️ $200/hour (USD) for engagements where ZeroTek provides the Okta tenant licensing – the vast majority of partner work.

➡️ $350/hour (USD) for engagements on BYOL (bring your own license) Okta tenants, or tenants not managed in the ZeroTek platform.

You're billed for time actually worked. If a project is scoped at 10 hours and takes 8, you pay for 8. Our extensive experience with Okta and MSPs means deployments move fast without cutting corners—and your team can still ask as many questions as they want without watching the clock.

Many partners run ZeroTek-supported deployments as billable client projects, so their team gets trained while the work pays for itself.
